How to sell items for Gold Petals at the well
To sell a foraged item in the demo, left-click it in the bottom hotbar, then left-click the well. Eastshade says right-clicking an item instead eats it or equips it when applicable. Separate the quantity you want first if the item is stacked.

Put an item in the well
- Place or locate the item in your bottom hotbar.
- Left-click that item to select it.
- Left-click the well to put the selected item in.
These two left-click actions are Eastshade’s direct reply to a player who was accidentally eating forage instead of selling it. The developer identifies right-click as the use/equip action.
Keep part of a stack
Do not put the whole stack in unless you mean to. For the September demo, Eastshade says Shift splits a stack and Ctrl takes one. Check the amount you have selected before using the well; the stack-splitting guide has the source and scope.
Do not assume a fixed payout or time
A player reported receiving Gold Petals after selling forage, but their amount is an individual example, not a price table. The discussion does not establish a universal settlement time. Check the game’s displayed balance or feedback for your transaction rather than relying on an unverified overnight rule.
